The pricing for our services is based on various factors such as the duration of the trip, the complexity of the itinerary, and the range of services provided. Ideally, we recommend a minimum of 90 days for custom travel planning, but we understand that sometimes urgent arrangements are necessary, in which case we can accommodate requests with an additional rush fee.
After our initial consultation call we will provide custom quotes for travel planning. Additionally, we have tiers of planning services available.
