Code of Conduct

At haunt;, we value a welcoming and respectful environment for our diverse group of travelers and the local people we interact with during our trips. We want everyone to have a fun, rewarding, and meaningful experience while feeling comfortable and respected.

We expect all participants, including our employees, contractors, and suppliers, to follow this Code of Conduct. Our standard of conduct and behavior is based on mutual respect, and we strive to create an "adult-to-adult" relationship.

We require everyone to treat each other with respect and inclusivity, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, social and economic class, educational level, color, immigration status, age, size, family status, political belief, religion, or mental and physical ability.

To achieve this, we prohibit harassment, bullying, exclusionary behavior, teasing, intimidation, malicious gossip, victimization, negative stereotyping, threats, physical contact, or other unwelcome, offensive conduct.

We expect travelers to be patient and understanding of cultural differences and miscommunications. Discrimination or harassment based on any legally protected class is not tolerated.

We recognize the value of diversity and individuality in problem-solving and generating new ideas. We encourage resolving issues and learning from mistakes, rather than blaming each other.

If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to your trip leader as soon as possible. All reports will be discreetly, promptly, and thoroughly investigated to determine if a violation has occurred.

We prohibit retaliation against individuals who report or provide information in connection with an investigation, and we will take appropriate steps to protect them from retaliation.
